Creating a People-Friendly World Through IT

As stated in our corporate philosophy, the most important thing in development is never losing sight of “kindness toward people.” Due to the rapid pace of IT advancement, there is a risk that we might end up being controlled by computers instead. Therefore, we must not forget the fundamental idea behind IT development: "to help someone in need" and "to enrich people's lives."
This idea is encapsulated in our corporate philosophy, "Creating a People-Friendly World Through IT."

This human-centered philosophy also applies within our organization. As Chairperson, it is my role to create a company where employees can proactively pursue and realize their own ambitions. By doing so, we aim to develop more convenient software and new business ideas, solving various challenges around the world, which is Stone System's mission.

And our company slogan, “Think Continuous.”
Continuity can be described as business stability. Without it, both our customers and our employees would be negatively affected. For this reason, we are committed to stable management built on continuity and sustainability, without being swayed by short-term trends or temporary gains.

We believe that every person has equal potential, and IT exists to help them maximize it.

By implementing user-friendly systems, we enable people to escape complex operational tasks and focus on what truly matters. By leveraging IT, we ensure that financial and insurance benefits are accessible not only to a select few but to everyone. By addressing challenges related to nationality, language, distance, time, living conditions, family, and all surrounding issues through IT, we empower individuals to maximize their potential. IT has the power to achieve these goals, and those of us in the IT industry have a responsibility to create a world where everyone can fully realize their potential.

And this work itself is wonderful because it allows us to continue providing value to society in some form, even as we age, suffer from injuries or illnesses, or face family circumstances. We hope that as many people as possible will take on this wonderful work, learn and grow together, and even if they leave our company, we will continue to nurture colleagues around the world who will make the world a more convenient and kind place through IT, which is the very reason for Stone System's existence.
